Comprehensive medical weight loss consultation with a licensed provider. Includes a detailed medical history review, discussion of goals, and a personalized treatment plan based on clinical appropriateness and patient preference. Treatment options may include lifestyle guidance, oral medications, injectable therapies, and laboratory evaluation when appropriate.
Medical services provided only after provider review and consent.
Oral Weight Loss
Type: Non-subscription/per visit
Price: $99/ Visit
Physician-led weight loss program focused on oral medications and metabolic optimization.
Includes:
- Monthly or every 2 month provider follow-up (video or phone)
- Prescription management and dose adjustments
- Secure messaging support
- Evidence-based oral weight loss medications when appropriate, which may include medications such as phentermine, metformin, bupropion (Wellbutrin), naltrexone, topiramate, vyvanse*, or combination therapies.
Medication costs billed separately to patient or insurance.
*Vyvanse only approved for Binge eating disorder
Medical services provided only after provider review and consent.
GLP-1 Injections & Microdosing
Type: Non-subscription/per visit
Price: $119/Visit
Physician-led injectable weight loss program with individualized dosing and ongoing medical
supervision.
Includes:
- Monthly or every 2 month provider follow-up and dose titration
- Prescription management
- Secure messaging support
Injectable options may include:
- GLP-1 agonists (semaglutide)
- GLP-1 / GIP dual agonists (tirzepatide)
Medication cost is separate and varies by dose and pharmacy. Starting at $60
2 month supply of medications with every other month visits can be provided when appropriate.
