● $60 flat fee per visit
● Same-day or next-day availability
● Secure virtual visit from anywhere
● Care provided by licensed nursing staff or a physician, based on clinical triage
● Physician oversight on all visits
We triage each visit to ensure you are seen by the appropriate provider for your symptoms.
When Virtual Care Is (and Isn’t) Appropriate
Virtual care is ideal for many routine illnesses—but not all situations.
We reserve the right to refuse or redirect a visit if:
● Your symptoms suggest the need for an in-person physical exam
● Diagnostic testing is required
● Your condition appears urgent or emergent
● Emergency or hospital-level care is more appropriate
In these cases, we will guide you to the appropriate level of care to keep you safe.
